Since Brian Wickman found a pretty bad issue in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AURORA-349 (that was caught by the e2e test but not the unit tests) I've reverted the cron system change. I have a fix in review already but I will hold off on committing it until I can add unit tests that fail without the fix. I skipped the normal review process for this revert due to its urgency - anything deployed off that broken sha would reject all non-cron job creation requests.
