In the React UI entity detail Audits tab, expanded audit entries that reference
deleted entities (e.g. deleted column families in {{{}column_families{}}})
should match Classic UI behavior: deleted refs display with an orange link
({{{}#bb5838{}}}) and a trash icon; active refs remain blue.
React UI currently renders all audit entity references as active (blue links),
even when the referenced entity has been deleted. Classic UI resolves
per-reference status via the entity header API and applies distinct deleted
styling.
h3. Expected behavior
* Deleted entity refs in audit expand rows: orange text + trash icon
* Active entity refs: blue link, no trash icon
* Status resolved from {{referredEntities}} snapshot and/or {{GET
/entity/guid/\{guid}/header}} when status is unknown
* Header API failure: fall back to snapshot rendering (no crash)

{{{}entityRefUtils{}}}, {{entityRefRenderers}}
* Pass {{auditDetails=\{true}}} from {{AuditTableDetails}} →

{{{}table.scss{}}}{{{}{}}}

* Create/update entity with relationship refs, delete a referenced entity,
verify Audits tab expand
