+1 (non-binding)

I verified on Linux x86_64 (Ubuntu 24.04):

- SHA-512 checksum matches the vote email and the .sha512 file
- GPG signature is good (David Li, key in the Arrow KEYS file)
- The source tarball matches tag apache-arrow-adbc-25-rc2
(1f9f5540dbcb695c540dfcdafeea421c7d94adb1), including the testing/ submodule
- LICENSE.txt and NOTICE.txt are present, and RAT passes with the project's
exclusion list
- C/C++ (driver manager and SQLite driver), Rust, and Python
(adbc_driver_manager, adbc_driver_sqlite) build and pass their tests from the
source tarball
- The staged Java artifacts are signed by the same key

Minor and non-blocking: the root LICENSE.txt no longer mentions the vendored
SQLite amalgamation (public domain); the adbc_driver_sqlite wheel license still
carries it.

Thanks David for running the release!
