Hi all,

We applied for promotional open source credits [1] with AWS [2] and
received enough to cover the GitHub runner minutes we currently use and
some more.

This now opens the opportunity to use spot EC2 instances for self-hosted
github runners to improve CI latency, cover GPU testing, add benchmark
runners etc.

I would like to open a discussion on what we should spend these credits on
and who could contribute time to set this up.
