Hi, I would like to propose a release of Apache Arrow Rust Implementation, version 53.4.1.
This release includes only a metadata change to avoid using an incompatible chrono version [5], similarly to our hotfix last week[6]. Given this is an older release line and the issue has been around for about a week already, I don't think it warrants a hot fix / accelerating the normal 72 hour voting. process.
