Hi, I would like to propose a release of Apache Arrow Rust Implementation, version 23.0.0.
This release candidate is based on commit: 5a55406cf24171600a143a83a95046c7513fd92c [1] The proposed release tarball and signatures are hosted at [2]. The changelog is located at [3]. Note there is a known issue causing the docs CI to fail [5] that is not related to the arrow code. Note this is RC2 (RC1 had a problem [6]). Please download, verify checksums and signatures, run the unit tests, and vote on the release. There is a script [4] that automates some of the verification.
