Hello, I wanted to bring to the communities attention a new design proposal<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ZR171NcI_lrn7e7yVjSZFtCkNM7w2yzia_pH3b4QL_c/edit>, put together by Stephen Carman, to enable a Streaming data source, such as Kafka, for DataFusion. Please give it a review and provide feedback if you get the chance so that we can get the communities input before starting work on this exciting new feature.
