BitUtilTests.TestCopyAndReverseBitmapPreAllocated test failure is tracked at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-15461 It's due to clang-12 compiler bug. PR https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/12276 fixes the issue.
