In last week's Arrow sync call, I suggested that we move future sync calls from Google Meet to Zoom. The primary benefit of this is that Zoom meetings can be configured to allow participants to join even if the host is not present, thus eliminating the need for any one particular person or person with any one particular company to be present for the call to begin, and enabling us to use the same meeting URL from week to week regardless of who is present.
Voltron Data has offered to provide a Zoom account that we can use for this purpose. If there are no objections, I will create a recurring Zoom meeting and share the URL for use in future Arrow sync calls beginning with the call next week. Ian
