+1 (binding) Since Ballista has ~40 contributors but AFAIK no corporation that needs to make a Software Grant, it might be worth consulting with the Incubator folks to see what kind of due diligence needs to be done so we are covering our bases. I doubt it will be practical (or even possible) to collect CLAs from everyone.
