Due to the tornado in Nashville in the early morning on Tuesday,
ursabot is down with no ETA in sight for coming back up (my property
was not damaged, but 600 electrical poles were taken down by the
tornado and so power could be out for a few days or a few weeks, see
https://twitter.com/nespower for more on the status).

As I mentioned on the other e-mail today, this natural disaster is a
good wake-up call that we should not be depending on physical machines
for services that we rely on. It's nice to have, yes, but it should
not cripple us when it is unavailable. It would be preferable to run a
cloud service like Ursabot on Digital Ocean or Heroku which provide a
better SLA.

Thanks
Wes
