Raised the example of https://spark-prs.appspot.com/. Neal volunteered to spend a couple hours trying to point that ( https://github.com/databricks/spark-pr-dashboard) at the Arrow GitHub and JIRA. Also raised the issue that visibility into issues is only part of the problem, that we may need to define clearer procedures and responsibilities for reviewing and merging PRs. Often unclear who needs to take action next: better visibility is part of the solution but probably not enough on its own.
