Is there a variant of the logo that includes the project name “Apache Arrow”?

It’s fine if the stickers don’t include the product name, but for presentations 
it’s useful to use a variant of the logo is that self-describing. 

If we’re doing some graphic design, now might be a good time to create that 
logo.
