Updates on the integration between C++/JAVA: *Decimal:* Thanks to Phillip Cloud and Bryan Cutler. We have a compatible C++ implementation and Java Json reader for Decimal. The last bit is just to add Decimal in the integration suite.
*Union:* There is a open PR that needs someone more experienced on the Java side to take a look: https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/987 *FixedSizeBinary:* https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/1012 Thanks to Jingyuan Wang for the PR. I've reviewed and gave some feedback. It would be very helpful if someone more experienced on the Java side can take a look too.
