I must vote -1 and withdraw the release candidate. On review of the changelog, due to the size of the patch for ARROW-1104 (https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/742) incorporting the shared memory object store, and the fact that it was initially developed outside of Arrow before being modified for import into this codebase, we need to undergo IP clearance with the ASF incubator for the code import. In the meantime, we will need to prepare an RC that excludes this new code.
