So I think in some other projects they also put the jars in a staging repo (e.g. http://apache-spark-developers-list.1001551.n3.nabble.com/VOTE-Release-Apache-Spark-2-0-0-RC5-td18367.html ) - is that not the plan for arrow in 0.1.0?
