I believe the last time we did a minor release has been five years ago, it's just not going on that much anymore :-) Most likely we'll have to drop Java 8 support one day - and we could decide to do so earlier than strictly necessary on a 1.11.x release train - but we haven't talked about doing anything like that at all, yet.
