You can download it from this URL: http://people.apache.org/~maartenc/ivy/staging/2.2.0/ A maven 2 staging repo with this release is available here: http://repository.apache.org As usual, I didn't had the time to create a staging Eclipse update-site yet :-( I'll try to do that asap, but since we don't vote for that, we can already start voting.
