We now have a promoted vss antlib. I've also updated the xdocs to reflect this, but I'm unsure about the correct steps to publish changes to the site. Thanks to Stefan for promote.xml - the largest portion of the time was taken up with me not understanding how to use it - so I'm adding some 'help' doc into it for next time.
