Sure, it's up to you and the Ivy community to decide what you want to
do. The 3 uses I described are quite easy to implement, and there are
tons of examples in Ant itself. Regarding nearing 2.0 final, I think
it's never too late to do the right thing ;-) Especially when I'm not
the one who has to do it ;-)))

For 2.0 you may just want to make sure you don't have anything that
would prevent you from refactoring the code in the future to support
