In fact ivy.jar is a bundle, so a sort of eclipse plugin. So you have to install it next to the ivyde plugin.

Also, I saw where somebody else said they were using a
build from Xooctory... but builds.xoocode.org seems to
be down.  Am I looking in the right place?
