Not sure of what the process is to test the build, here's what I've done: svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ant/core/branches/ANT_17_BRANCH/ cd ANT_17_BRANCH build On my windows vista box with jdk 1.6.0 the build was successful. I've also tried the trunk, the build was successful too.
