If it hadn't been in a release already, true.
I think that we can safely remove this hideous hack.
I very much doubt that any third-party code casts the ConditonBase
to a DynamicElement or calls createDynamicElement directly.
well, take it from gump and we find out.
I know I have had to do some ugly things to extend waitfor, but they
should be OK, and I will check before ant ships
