Ah, I forgot that.  Yes, while c: => ${pwd}/c is understandable, one would hope
that c:; => (windows) c:${context} .  In my tests, it is apparently interpreted
as c:;=>"c"PATHSEP""PATHSEP=>${pwd}/c .
