http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=41594 Summary: Harden Ant to cope with null system properties Product: Ant Version: 1.7.0 Platform: Other OS/Version: other Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P2 Component: Core AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] As Ant gets picked up and used embedded in other projects, it needs to have better defensive checks. Currently, configuring a new Project instance fails miserably if a System property is set to null (e.g. through bad code elsewhere). To fix this, PropertyHelper.setProperty() needs a defensive null check for the value parameter. (PropertyHelper.setNewProperty() already has this check!) -- Configure bugmail: http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
