To be honest, I'm actually =0 about distributing it, because there is an
implicit 'we will support it message', yet in reality once antunit
becomes mainstream, that is the future way of testing your build.
What I do want is us to release the artifact with a POM+ivy.xml to the
maven repository. Failing that, when you do a build of the JAR yourself,
you get metadata with valid dependencies (junit 3.8.2), to stick in your
own repo.
