I'm not involved in the licensing issues with our StarTeam server, so I don't know how people are expected to respond to new releases of it. Are companies allowed free upgrades to new versions of StarTeam, or is that not included in their support contract? Do companies generally stay up to date with new releases of StarTeam even if they can upgrade for free? Knowing the answers to these questions may help in deciding whether or not to drop support for older versions. As for polling the community, I wouldn't really know how to handle that either - this is my first attempted contribution to the project ;).
