When I change the task to not use a fileset such as below it works: <cab cabfile="${build.home}/blah/lib/applet-1_1-not-signed.cab" basedir="${build.home}/classes-applet-1_1" includes="com/blah,compile.date" > </cab> I've tested this on Linux and Windows XP and get the same result. The reason I want to use FileSet is because I have additional sets of files that I'd like to add to the CAB.
