At a quick glance it looks as if the generated XML doesn't exactly look the same as it did when I last ran the tagdiff and revisiondiff tests (a couple of months ago).
Somebody probably has modified DOMElement writer and the amount of whitespace generated in the logs is now different. I think we only need to adjust the assertions if the current logs are what we want.
