Bug of interest?: wlserver task

Ant devs,

We had bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=110493 show up in 
Eclipse land.

I believe it is likely a regression in the task but I want to post here 
for general awareness and possible testing.
