I know it, but following the logical path of filesets and dirsets needing their base directory leads to the conclusion that their absolute parallel would need none, making it nonsensical to set it. This will be a lot of work to get into existing tasks, not to mention documentation of why certain tasks only accept FileSet/DirSet when others accept FileCollection, but the tasks that use it can probably, by and large, have their code largely simplified.
