Is there <apply> with <java>?
not yet. it was always avoided as we'd rather people do tasks with proper configuration, dependency and reuse.
But it would be nice for a java-apply, and perhaps a script-apply too. something that bulk executed a bit of inline script against files. I'm not offering to write it though; enough on my todo list.
