No way to run Apt processor for JDK 1.5

I don't think it matters whether it's verbose or short attribute names.
I am not currently working on any test suites for this, as my need for it
was purely in the interest of learning about annotations, and the need arose
to have the ANT task.

As far as it being part of ANT itself, I think it makes sense to have it as
part of ANT itself. The reasoning being that it is part of the core JDK 5.0
platform (much like javadoc, etc..), and therefore, if ANT is going to provide
the JavaC, and RMI tasks (two different forms of compilation), it should also
provide the APT task as well.

I image once it is fully released annotations will be heavily used for things
like RMI, EJB, JDBC 4.0, and other tasks (like generating hibernate mappings,
etc...).
