http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=29463 Ant gives exception if a space is in the classpath [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- OS/Version|Other |Windows XP ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-06-10 07:33 ------- Hi there! I managed to get all the things to work yesterday and now I cannot recreate the problem. The text feedback suggested that it was the classpath that was the source of the problem. It gave a part of the classpath in the error text, starting with " Files\SomeDir" for two different entries. Today there is no such output... I tried to move Ant back to Program Files and that works fine. This is strange! I must have made some other change too that affected the classpath. Perhaps I changed all the / for \. I know I did that for some of my settings... I introduced 5 new environment settings yesterday due to the not so good JDTS. The stupid JTWI package does not accept spaces in its environment variables, but ANT cannot be blamed for that. ****ing SUN programs... Grrr Well, sorry for the inconveniance. I'll collect more data at the time when I have the problem for you next time. Oh, I did not use cygwin if that still is of any interest.
