The optional tasks that are available to the currently running Ant instance should be documented, aren't they? I don't know of an automated way to document tasks that are not loadable by Ant right now. The xdocs proposal should have all the data necessary for it. If it can create manual pages for a task, it should be able to create a DTD snippet as well.
