So do I. Unfortunately I've been sloppy with running Ant's test suite for the past weeks, but I think it crept in when Steve changed[1] something in FileUtils. "in the process note that the granularity for unix filesystems is not 0 but 1000 milliseconds. oops." I may be completely wrong, though.
