we could do a really cool <soap> task with this XMLFragment thingy, or 
add an <xmlpost> task that is more RESTy
How does XMLFragment make things better in this regard than just 
putting it all in a CDATA section?  I guess it implicitly enforces the 
well-formedness at least.
