The majority of them are enhancement requests - and getting them done if they are not accompanied by patches is simply a matter of priorities (at least for me). The other big group applies to "esoteric" optional tasks. Well, esoteric for me. I don't have access to Starbase or VSS or Weblogic (counting up to at least 30 reports alone) for example.
