You know the http://www.apache.org/dev/ I think.


Contributing is very easy.
- write your code, tests and documentation
- register at bugzilla
- add that as enhancement request

I´m not sure whether you have to sign the "Contributor License Agreement"
(http://incubator.apache.org/forms/ASF_Contributor_License_2_form.pdf)


Committing is easy, too - just do good things for the project for several
months and maybe
you will be asked to become a committer :-)

Maybe my mentor (Stefan :-) would say something more...
