None that I was aware of, although with <import> coming along in 1.6 such a repository may become even more useful. I vaguely recall some people starting a sourceforge project centered around build files and best practice patterns. They talked about it on the user list, maybe you can get some pointers from the archives (or ask on the user list yourself).
