It has been constantly failing for my personal Gump installation (also running on Linux) since you've added it. I just cannot find the time to debug it, sorry. It passes when I do a "normal" ant test.
Maybe its too timing dependent. I can imagine this having fun on a multiprocessor system. Does gump run niced BTW?
