Ant projects should support "init" and "final" <project/> attributes

While going through your comments on the bug, you mentioned the following build 
script:
<project init="init" default="all" final="end"> 

......

</project>

I submitted the earlier bug #17973 that is marked as a duplicate of this bug.

In the build script, you have used the "final" property for the project core 
task. However, I am unable to find the property in the documentation and also 
tried the same build script with Ant 1.5.1 and Ant 1.5.3. Is this a 
undocumented feature, or is it going to be included in next feature.
