Sorry for the delay - was offline for the weekend...
I didn't change the value of those properties, actually. I just changed 'value' to 'location' (sorry, its my picky Ant build file syntax checker in me :).
But I see Stefan fixed up Gump.

This has broken the Gump runs for anything that depends on XJavadoc
All the other projects are still looking in xjavadoc/build/lib instead of xjavadoc/target
