Thank you to everyone who voted, and to everyone who reviewed and discussed the
AIP along the way. Kaxil, Vikram and Amogh noted they have no strong opinion on
the "Task Spreading" name; the name stays as voted in the naming thread, and I
am of course open to revisiting it during implementation review if a better one
comes up.
I will update the AIP page with the result and continue the implementation in
the PRs linked from it.
