https://airflow.apache.org/community/ For guidance, I would refer to the contributors' guide here: https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/README.rst If you want something to start with, I would filter the issue list using the 'good first issue' label. And then pick one you are most comfortable with. If you can't find any existing issue that you want to tackle, perhaps you could open a PR for an issue you personally faced (it could be as simple as missing or incorrect documentation).
