I tried to reproduce the Grid performance issue with a DAG with 50 runs and 500 mapped tasks and the UI was loading fine. I will test it out more and raise an issue if I am able to reproduce it. As I have 3 binding votes and I do not see any -1 on any votes, I am proceeding with the 3.2.1 release after closing this vote. Also as per ASF voting policy <https://www.apache.org/foundation/voting.html#expressing-votes-1-0-1-and-fractions>, fractional votes (+0.9) are not considered binding for release votes. Only +1, 0, or -1 count as binding from PMC members. Rahul
