+1 binding for everything apart from the standard provider as mentioned by
Jarek and Pavan.

- Checked reproducible package builds
- Checked licenses
- Checked signatures


I installed the bits with breeze and ran a few of my example dags as I
didn't
have any specific changes.

I also think that we should pull in the fix from Pavan for the standard
provider
and create an RC2 for it.
