Regarding contribution see at "good first issue" label and make sure to read and follow our contribution guideline - both can be easily accessed by https://github.com/apache/airflow/contribute. We generally expect new contributors to self-guide themselves following the docs and when you want to become an OSS contributor you are generally expected to pick your own things you think you can help with without anyone telling you what to do.
