My vote goes for #49740 as well - I think persistence, patience and
understanding that sometimes things can take a long time but relentlessly
following it because you believe this is an important thing is one of the
very things that make great OSS contributions and Jason has definitely
nailed all of it.

Soooooo many good candidates this month...

Suggestion (and I am really serious) - maybe we should expand it a bit and
choose more PRs of the month :D. We have so many different areas so many
people work on - I am really torn whether some cool UI changes (like #51264
- favourites) or Dev/CI changes (like Python 3.13 in #46891) or
improvements in the core (#49470 - OOM handling for large logs) - or new
features (#52868 - HITL).... All of those look great :D
