Hi all, I was alerted to this rundown of Airflow 3.0 features ( https://thedatacanal.substack.com/p/airflow-30-dag-versioning-multi-language). And I noticed that some of the notes on logical date changes were outdated. Perhaps because chat gpt does not follow the dev list?
Anyway, so I realized I should probably update the official AIP-83 doc to reflect the amendments agreed upon. So I reworked the AIP-83 doc to reflect the change in direction that we took. https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AIRFLOW/AIP-83+Rename+execution_date+-%3E+logical_date+and+make+logical_date+optional I did not incorporate every single detail from the amendment doc. I kept it to roughly the same level of generality it was before, only updating it to be consistent with the outcome we arrived at so that future users who read it will get a more accurate understanding. If anyone has nits to pick with my phrasing, nit away. Thanks
